First a brief history:

So what is 'Outside the Box Enterprises'? Many people ask me that and there is no definitive answer.
Some time ago I had planned on starting up a small games company and the destined name was to Outside
The Box Games. Then when i realized that this site would be done long beore anything resembling a game,
I decided that I would make this site a forum for writings and maybe some artwork by a few friends of mine
and the name of that was to be Outside The Box Publishing. Unfortunately, this site was so long in
coming due to extraneous amounts of schoolwork that they have given up on that endeavor and my works are the
only ones left to display. Those two phases were later combined for the grand opening of this site to
the public into Outside The Box Enterprises since there is no real meaning or purpose to this site
yet. The comany motto as of now is, "An Enterprising Site by an Enterprising Individual." Hopefully,
once I am fully versed in the ways of C++ I will have some real games to download and play. Until, such
a time as that happens I hope to have some JavaScript games up by February first.

Current company strategy:

At the moment the entire company, me, is working on learning JavaScript to make this site the best
it can possibly be. The only obstructions in this path are the constant load of schoolwork placed upon
me and the ever present threat of production delays due to a new and good video game coming out. After
this website is squared away the company is going to shift directions slightly and focus completely on
teaching itself C++ beyond what is being learned in the classroom and then the game making will commence.
Around April the company will unfortunatley suffer a slow-down due to the lacrosse season. Aside from
making games the comany is very excited to be able to post fiction that is written by company employees
or submitted by visitors to this site. (To submit a story drop me a line and I'll be more than happy to review
it.)

About the Founder and CEO:

"Little is known about our CEO since he is a very secretive person. All is his personal information is
kept under lock and key except that which is common knowledge. His name is Keith and he likes the ladies.
He also has a great affinity for the sport of lacrosse. His hobbies include, but are not limited to, wirting
and writing programs for himself and others. He works at a boating supply store but has hopes of getting
a job at a local web design or something similar for the summer. His address and current whereabouts are
unknown at present. He guides the company through encrypted communications that he sends from an undisclosed
location. There has been much speculation as to his true identity, but since he never gave a last name everybody
assumes that he was telling the truth on that. We do believe that he used to do special-ops work and was at one point
an international man of mystery because of some of his mannerisms and habits. Other than meaningless
speculation nobody knows much about him."
